orientation course

just finished my 3-days orientation course...
after several times tolak since preggy time, then after labor, tolak lagi coz full-breastfeeding...
and alhamdulillah, due to budget & time constrain, the course was held @ Mezzanine level at next block and last day @ JPA auditorium...


was a long time since i joined course that needed physical movement...
hahah dah ade anak, leh lupe sume...
stamina pun dah kurang, cepat penat huhuh

one of my group-mate has son that has same birthday with raina...
same Hospital Putrajaya but she was normal labor...
and they will go Tiara Beach Resort, PD to celebrate their son's birthday this Saturday!
well my family never celebrate our birthday, pernah gak laa but not yearly event, wishes only!
my parent tend to bring us melancong, diorg cakap lagi best jalan2 sana sini tengok negara orang :)
huhu orang cakap sekali je budak umur 1 tahun...
kalo camtu, sekali je kite umur 26 tahun kan? ayat2 malas buat parti :p
huhuh what should we do though to make raina's birthday cheerful yet meaningful to her?

k, stop here as dira invited us have dinner @ Pan Pac, KLIA...
anyway, raina's sleep routine now is 7 pm - 7 am...
kene angkut raina masuk kete je laa ni :)
